Terms and Conditions

Enrolment

Prior to enrolling a child at OEC, we will need to have a completed enrolment form.

Confirmation and Payment

Your child will be allocated a set day and time each week and we will expect him/her to attend every week during the OEC term (see enclosed term dates).  Missed lessons have to be paid for.

We require two weeks deposit. (£60.00) This will be held until notice is given. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, on-line banking or personal cheque

We will require tuition fees to be paid before the lesson takes place.  You can pay weekly, monthly or by the term.

Withdrawal

If you wish to cease tuition we require four weeks’ notice.

Open Access

Children under the age of 11 will not be allowed to leave the premises unsupervised unless written permission is given by Parents or Guardians. Should you be delayed in the collection of your child please call us on 01865402950.We follow very strict protocols regarding the late collection of children . A copy of which is enclosed in our parent information guide.

Holidays

The Centre will be open during the school holidays (except Xmas)   We will assume that your child will continue to attend during this time unless you give prior notice.  A different timetable will operate during the holidays.

Late Arrivals

Please bring your child/children 5 minutes before the start of the session.  We cannot extend tuition sessions beyond the end of the agreed time in cases of lateness.

Medical Conditions

We must be informed of any illness, allergy, disability or any other conditions relating to a child that might be relevant at the time of application.
